The Journal of Research and Development (JRD) provides a streamlined, author-friendly manuscript submission process that ensures transparency, efficiency, and academic integrity. Authors are encouraged to review our submission guidelines thoroughly before submitting their work.

We welcome high-quality, original research and review articles across diverse disciplines that align with the journal’s aim and scope.

1. Preparing Your Manuscript

Before submission, ensure the manuscript:

• Follows the Instructions for Authors in terms of format, structure, and referencing style
• Includes all required sections (Title, Abstract, Keywords, Main Text, References, Figures, Tables, etc.)
• Clearly states any conflicts of interest, funding sources, and ethical approvals (if applicable)
• Has not been published elsewhere or is not under consideration by another journal

We recommend using the final author checklist provided in the Instructions for Authors to verify readiness.

2. Submission Platform

Manuscripts can be submitted through one of the following:

• Online Submission System
• Email Submission (currently accepted): Submit directly to editor.jrd@sciconxjournals.com

3. Submission Components

When submitting your manuscript, please include:

• Cover Letter: Briefly introduce the manuscript, its novelty, and its fit for the journal
• Manuscript File: Main document in MS Word format, anonymized for peer review
• Figures and Tables: Embedded in the manuscript and/or attached as high-resolution files
• Supplementary Files (if any): Data sets, appendices, videos, or extended materials

4. Acknowledgment and Initial Screening

• Upon receipt, the editorial office will confirm your submission via email.
• Manuscripts undergo initial screening for completeness, originality, and alignment with the journal’s scope.
• Submissions that pass this stage are forwarded to editors for peer review.

5. Peer Review Process

• All manuscripts are subjected to a double-blind peer review by at least two experts.
• Reviewers assess the manuscript's validity, novelty, methodology, clarity, and contribution to the field.
• Authors are notified of the editorial decision along with reviewer feedback (typically within 4–6 weeks).

6. Revision and Resubmission

• If revisions are requested, authors must respond to all reviewer comments and submit a revised manuscript along with a point-by-point response document.
• Revised submissions are re-evaluated and may undergo additional review if needed.

7. Final Decision and Acceptance

• Once the manuscript meets all editorial and reviewer requirements, it is formally accepted for publication.
• The final version is sent for copyediting and typesetting.
• Authors will receive proofs for final approval prior to online publication.

8. Post-Publication

• Published articles are assigned a DOI and made available under open-access terms.
• Authors are encouraged to promote their work through academic networks, social media, and institutional platforms.
