To ensure a smooth review and publication process, authors are requested to thoroughly follow the guidelines below before submitting their manuscripts.
1. General Submission Guidelines
- All manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal.
- Submissions must adhere to ethical, scientific, and formatting standards outlined in this document.
- Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system or via the official journal email.
- Authors should ensure that the manuscript is written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English.
- A covering letter must accompany the manuscript, confirming originality and authorship.

3. Manuscript Structure and Formatting
3.1 General Formatting
- File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Language: English (US or UK; consistent throughout)
- Font: Times New Roman
- Size: 12 pt
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm)
- Alignment: Justified
- Page numbers: Bottom-center of each page
- Use SI units throughout the manuscript
3.2 Manuscript Components (in order)
A. Title Page
Should include:
- Title (concise and informative)
- Full names of all authors
- Affiliations with department and institution
- Corresponding author’s name, email, phone, and address
- ORCID IDs (recommended)
B. Abstract
- Word limit: 200–300 words
- Structured format for research articles:
Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion
- Unstructured for reviews, case reports, and short communications
- Include 3–6 keywords arranged alphabetically
C. Introduction
- Clearly state the background, significance, and purpose of the study
- Provide relevant literature context without excessive detail
D. Materials and Methods
- Provide sufficient detail for replication
- Include study design, sampling, equipment, ethical approvals, and statistical analyses
- Clinical studies must follow CONSORT, observational studies STROBE, and systematic reviews PRISMA guidelines
E. Results
- Present findings logically, without interpretation
- Use tables, figures, and charts where appropriate
- Avoid duplication of data in both text and tables
F. Discussion
- Interpret findings in the context of existing literature
- Highlight strengths, limitations, and future research possibilities
G. Conclusion
- Concise summary of major findings and implications
H. Acknowledgments
- Mention contributions, funding, or technical support
- Disclose any assistance from writing or editing services
I. Conflicts of Interest
- All authors must disclose any potential conflicts
- If none: “The authors declare no conflicts of interest.”
J. Funding Statement
- Provide source of financial support or grant numbers
- If none: “No specific funding was received for this study.”
K. References
- Follow APA or Vancouver style consistently
- Use numbered citations in the order of appearance for Vancouver
- Include DOIs wherever possible
- Ensure accuracy and completeness
4. Figures and Tables
4.1 Figures
- Minimum resolution: 300 dpi
- Format: JPEG, PNG, TIFF
- Provide figure legends below each figure
- Do not embed low-quality images in the manuscript
4.2 Tables
- Number tables sequentially
- Title should be placed above the table
- Footnotes must be placed below the table
- Avoid color or shading unless necessary
5. Ethical Guidelines
5.1 Human and Animal Research
- Studies involving human participants must follow the Declaration of Helsinki
- Must include approval from an Institutional Review Board (IRB)
- Animal studies must follow international animal care standards
5.2 Informed Consent
- Mandatory for case reports and clinical photographs
- Consent forms must be retained by the corresponding author
5.3 Plagiarism & Originality
- Manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening
- Similarity index should be <15%, excluding references
- Duplicate publication will lead to immediate rejection
6. Authorship Criteria
Authorship must strictly follow ICMJE guidelines:
Authors must have:
- Contributed significantly to study design, data acquisition, or analysis
- Drafted or critically revised the manuscript
- Approved the final version
- Agreed to be accountable for all aspects of the work
Guest or honorary authorship is not permitted.

8. Peer Review Process
- All manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening
