1.1. The Manuscript

• Follows the journal’s Instructions for Authors
• Adheres to the required structure (Title page, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References)
• Has been thoroughly checked for grammar, clarity, and scientific coherence

1.2. Ethical Compliance

You must include:

• Ethical approval statements for human or animal studies
• Informed consent declarations where applicable
• Transparency regarding data availability

1.3. Originality

Your manuscript must be:

• Completely original
• Free from plagiarism, duplication, or prior publication
• Properly cited where previous literature is referenced

1.4. Author Information

Ensure the following details are provided:

• Full names and affiliations of all authors
• ORCID IDs (recommended)
• Contribution statement for each author
• Corresponding author full contact information

2. Submission Portal

All manuscripts must be submitted through our submission page. Alternatively, submit them as an attachment to our official email address: editor.fib@sciconxjournals.com

After submission, you will receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours confirming receipt of your manuscript.

3. Required Submission Files

Authors must upload the following documents:

3.1. Main Manuscript File

• Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx)
• Double-spaced, with continuous line numbers
• Figures and tables included at the end of the document or uploaded separately

3.2. Title Page (Separate File)

Should include:

• Article title
• Full author names and affiliations
• Corresponding author contact details
• Funding information
• Conflict of interest declaration

3.3. Figures and Tables

• High-resolution figures (.jpg, .png, or .tiff)
• Editable tables within Word
• Proper numbering and descriptive legends

4. After Submission: What to Expect

4.1. Initial Screening

The editorial office conducts:

• Formatting and completeness check
• Plagiarism analysis
• Ethical compliance review
• Suitability evaluation for journal scope

If any revisions are necessary before peer review, authors will be notified promptly.

4.2. Editor Assignment

An experienced Handling Editor will be assigned to your manuscript based on the topic area.

4.3. Peer Review

The Editor-in-Chief reviews the editor’s recommendation and reviewer feedback before issuing the final decision.
