1. General Formatting

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English
  • Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 11–12 pt)
  • Line spacing: 1.5 or double-spaced
  • Pages should be numbered consecutively
  • Use SI units throughout the manuscript

2. Structure of the Manuscript

a. Title Page

  • Full title of the manuscript (clear and informative)
  • Names of all authors with affiliations
  • Corresponding author details (email, phone, address)
  • ORCID IDs (if available)

b. Abstract

  • Maximum 250–300 words
  • Should summarize objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
  • Avoid references and abbreviations

c. Keywords

  • Provide 4–8 relevant keywords
  • Use terms that enhance discoverability and indexing

d. Introduction

  • Background of the study
  • Research gap and objectives
  • Brief literature context

e. Materials and Methods

  • Detailed experimental procedures
  • Instruments and materials used (with specifications)
  • Validation parameters and statistical methods
  • Ensure reproducibility

f. Results and Discussion

  • Present findings clearly using tables and figures
  • Interpret results in the context of existing literature
  • Highlight novelty and significance

g. Conclusion

  • Summarize key findings
  • Indicate practical implications and future scope

h. Acknowledgments

  • Mention funding sources and contributions

i. Conflict of Interest Statement

Figures, Tables, and Supplementary Data

  • Figures and tables must be clear, properly labelled, and cited in the text
  • Provide high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi)

Referencing Style

  • Authors may follow Vancouver or APA style (ensure consistency)
